Step 3: Review & Quote
After the call, we review the information you’ve provided and prepare a clear, fixed-fee quote.
Your quote will include:
- What’s included (and what isn’t)
- The monthly fee or fixed cost for catch-up work
- Any one-off setup or review work
- Expected timelines
We don’t do hidden costs or vague estimates – everything is set out clearly before you decide.
Step 4: Acceptance & Setup
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process.
This includes:
- Engagement letter & terms
- ID and compliance checks (where required)
- Secure access to your bookkeeping software
- A clear start date
We handle the admin efficiently so you don’t have to.
Step 5: Getting Started
Once onboarded, we get to work straight away.
You’ll know:
- Who your main point of contact is
- How often you’ll hear from us
- What we’ll be working on first
- When to expect your first reports or submissions
If we spot any issues early on, we’ll explain them clearly and recommend next steps.
Catch-Up & Rescue Work
If your books are behind, the process is slightly different – and designed to reduce stress.
We will:

- Agree a realistic plan and timeline
- Provide a fixed quote before starting
- Work through everything calmly and methodically
